Why doesn't millennial falcon ban this jerk, when posters are banned for far less? Don't the mods know that posts like this detract from the investigation... and turn newcomers away from this forum?

We have banned like 200 of his alts. We ban each new alt he makes. We can't ban IP's. (Even if we could, they could use a spoofed IP)
