I will tell you two subversive tactics the Babylonians employ:
They will prop up truthers on stuff that's pretty known already, to build an image of being aligned with the good side of history. Only to then, where it matters, use this built reputation to then inject dis-info, draw mis-associations and otherwise discrediting links.
Act as counter alignee to prop up image and credibility of the target, sacrificing their own image at that when they're sorta screwed already.
