I am not sure he was wrong about Memphis. Show me a definitive report from the coast guard or the port that declares NOTHING was found. They just say "there is no existing threat" and "The containers were scanned and cleared". NO report saying there was nothing found. Here is the US Coast Guard's official statement. archive
