I'm awfully tired, but for anyone who thinks it might be a stretch to think that a patient could or would be killed at a hospital on purpose, listen to this fairly recent clip of David Lifton explain, via a very credible source from a small town Texas doctor, how they did just that with LHO ... Jack Ruby's mission chiefly to get him (LHO) to Parkland via gunshot wound. Lifton is trying to finish his final book, Final Charade, it will be an incredible work. That LHO was doing well initially ... Dr. Crenshaw told LBJ on the phone, when asked of Oswald's condition, "He's lost a lot of blood but he's holding his own."
Final Charade will challenge Douglas Horne's work on Bethesda autopsy (though they are great friends and Lifton was Horne's mentor) in that Lifton will prove that illicit work on Kennedy's body was attempted at Parkland first, but failed, before Bethesda. Air Force One was a bloody mess in certain areas due to moving the body from the casket to a body bag, an extensive clean-up was done aboard Air Force One, one SS agent's shirt was covered in blood, and even LBJ was caught changing his shirt in the bathroom.
I know David Lifton slightly. He's been working on the LHO book for many years and told me it could be 1000 pages. His theory as I understand it is that Oswald was at the Book Depository as a writer doing research and they set him up.
Thanks for this. He certainly stays out of the public eye. He might have changed direction on the topic being LHO (might be one reason it's taking so long, I hope he finishes it), he and LHO's mistress Judyth Vary Baker had a falling out while he was researching, I hated to see that, so I'm not sure what's up, nowadays when he talks about the book he never mentions LHO but surely all that research he's done on him will be included. He's heads above all the others, most of them.
