ABC NEWS JAMES HODGKINS WAS A FOSTER FATHER WITH 2 DEAD GIRLS IN HIS CARE

Hodgkinson built a life in Bellville, a suburb of St. Louis, with a modest business, a wife and a succession of foster children. But it was one marked by tragedy. His lawyer, Lyndon Evanko, told ABC News that Hodgkinson and his wife were caretakers to at least two girls who died in tragic circumstances. One foster daughter committed suicide while another died of a drug overdose

I can't rule out MK-Ultra. Either way, CIA is very likely behind this. Either they're getting more and more obvious because they believe they can always get away with this, or else at least some of us are catching on.

Find out more about the officer that killed the shooter. That officer was meant to ensure the shooter didn't live.
