ABC NEWS JAMES HODGKINS WAS A FOSTER FATHER WITH 2 DEAD GIRLS IN HIS CARE

Hodgkinson built a life in Bellville, a suburb of St. Louis, with a modest business, a wife and a succession of foster children. But it was one marked by tragedy. His lawyer, Lyndon Evanko, told ABC News that Hodgkinson and his wife were caretakers to at least two girls who died in tragic circumstances. One foster daughter committed suicide while another died of a drug overdose

I'm not sure I agree here Yes she set herself on fire. But she came to the home with emotional damage It's is highly unlikely she set herself ablaze for one incident. Does that make sense? She was a child hi risk

I was just talking about this with someone. IF it was a suicide then choosing such a violent way to go had to come down to her own feelings about her body, most likely because she had been abused.

Either way though, it all comes down to destroying that poor girls body to hide something completely fucked up.
