He probably placed the suspicious pkg. His own brother has disavowed him and said he has embarrased their family. Causing so many ppl to evacuate is no laughing matter. It is a felony. George is in some major trouble.

Actually it's not. In fact had George Webb NOT called in what he had learned about a possible dirty bomb then he'd be guilty of Misprision of Treason.
