Wow, they are rubbing it in his face.

yet the symbology of this gesture doesn't even cross the minds of people.

Why would you give the pizza to him otherwise? By the time he recovers enough to get back to his office the pizza will be gross, stale and loaded with bacteria. I highly doubt his office has a refrigerator. Flowers or better yet a card would function better as a "get well soon" gift. Clearly this is a political taunt and message.

You get sick a lot, Don't you? But yes. This is 100% slap in the face... Just like Hillary's "What goes around COMETS AROUND." Admittedly, I never verified if that was her actual tweet.

Not really, no.

It was actually a Clinton retweet of a tweet by Phillipe Reines. Reines helped rig the Congressional hearing on Benghazi. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-02-14/hillary-trolls-michael-flynn-twitter-pizzagate-reference

Pizza is for parties, flowers are for tragedy and well wishes. Who would send pizzas, and why would the news report this detail in it's own stand alone reporting column?

Why in the world would buying pizza for his staff seem like a good idea AT ALL? "You're boss just got shot, he was stable but now critical after going to the same fucking hospital as Seth Rich, so here's some pizza! Cheers!" I mean seriously. What. The. Fuck.

OMG.

THE PIZZA WAS NOT FOR SCALISE. THE PIZZA WAS FOR HIS STAFF. FOR ALL THE FOLKS WHO WORKED IN HIS OFFICE.

You sound like a pedosatanist shill

This is true but it doesn't change the potential implications of the message of the headline and all this.

But the people saying he's being sent a bunch of boxes of pizzas he will never be able to eat are overblowing how "clear" it is.

Careful! That's nearly a balanced point of view.
