I do not believe Victory of Light is disinfo. It's more likely VOL was just appointed FBI director. ;)

I believe the V of L group (more than one person) said they had access to Wray and are hoping to meet with him soon to bring him up to speed. They consider their message to be a matter of national security. Some of their group are former US Intelligence (if we are to believe what they say).
