(Edit: The date is 1999) The sculptures are shown in the first 2 minutes of this video. All the figures are small Disney type or cartoonish. One "couple" is having their picture taken by another small figure, and the "woman" (same size) seems to have no bra or shirt on. The man in the figure has a back woods type hat pushed back on his head. As you follow the sculpture, which is a water sculpture, you see three small figures. One of them is bent over to grab some water, showing the butt line, and another figure is holding a cup directly over. Are these depicting child/adult mixed cartoon?? Since the one has breasts, and is the same size as the others, are they all adults? and just look like children??
