Wiltshire Police Chief Constable Mike Veale said: "There are very close similarities in the accounts given by those who have come forward. The same names used for him, the same places and same type of incidents keep coming up.

“What stands out is that the people giving these accounts are not connected but the stories and the details dovetail.”

This Ted Heath Investigation is a fucking cynical distraction. He's dead and buried and what will come of it? To actually re-pursue the (something like 150 if I remember rightly) names in a dossier 'stolen from the police' of Jimmy Saville's accomplices would net many people still walking the halls of power.

It fucking disgusts me those media red herrings talking in faux shock at the 'depraved culture of Jimmy Saville in the 80s' when he was still doing it - with accomplices -in the 2000s
