I Googled 'Clinton sex education for Haiti' and Google tagged the results with new 'fake news' labels... (pizzagate)

Search results screen capture for Clinton sex education for Haiti.
Apparently Google began adding these labels in April:

Sigh...
Anyway, sex education is delivered at a Clinton Foundation sponsored orphanage in Africa -- I hadn't thought of it but I shouldn't be surprised. This is very concerning:
Clinton Global Initiative -- Commitment to Action: Safe Space for Orphans
I found that while trying to research Clinton orphanages.
Also I recently learned approximately 85% of 'orphans' have at least one living parent. Parent(s) of these children are often tricked into believing their child will receive an education if they let them go. These boys and girls are trafficked to orphanages as props to solicit government grants and donations from wealthy foreigners. Often the operators sell the clothing, toys and other donated items received from abroad. And of course many children are sexually assaulted, sex trafficked, and/or adopted out at a hefty fee.

For example late British Airways pilot Simon Wood:
