Its started..... it won't be just teenagers blood will it? The younger the donor the better product it is I am told.

Yep, that's where this is headed. This will be the ultimate narcissistic move, to extend your life by buying blood of the young. Pure evil, IMO.
I would bet they will eventually find that the recipient's life is extended at the expense of the donor's lifespan/quality/health/etc.
NOTHING comes for free, and this will be no different.
