There is a group of folks who have been investigating the MKULTRA project with ties that are associating with Pedo rings.

A lot of the information they are pulling also ties back into the big theories with large corporations, government agencies, and supporting academia. Bingo! Female circumcision is portrayed as a 3rd world horror but removing the foreskin of a male is for health? People don't even realize the amount of nerve endings in the male foreskin.
