Not discarding any thing you've said, but there are woman who do have narrow hips, and a straight figure. This could lead to problems with childbirth, so an ivf / designer baby born via c section is a possibility. The twins thing is alarming, although again could just be that she doesn't want to go through pregnancy twice, with George clooney getting on in years..must be 50 by now?
