Considering that the staff at Comet Pizza seem to be mostly skittish and flaky young men it seems likely that they must have been forwarded by Alefantis. Alefantis was soon pushing the 'Fake News is Dangerous' narrative that the MSM have been overdosing on since the incident. With plenty of press interest in the case it might be useful to have some placards made up to point out the irony behind this strange tale.
