Duh. I feel silly now you've said it! Ok so how many do you think were following PG prior to SR and how many now? Seth Rich has been covered over by terror attacks in UK.
In US prior to 07/10/16 PG citizen investigators, maybe 5,000, with very few 'following'. How many now I couldn't guess, I do think that some people who check into Mr. Rich's death end up following PG, probably because of their own personal experiences but PG is a hard-pill, it is much easier to follow and unfortunately 'enjoy' a good political scandal than to be made to feel 'uncomfortable' about PG. Some hardcore red-pillers I know said that SR was the distraction from PG to begin with. The numbers of people who are becoming aware is growing every single day as we tell two friends and they tell two friends and so-on and so-on...

Depends on whether you count PG and SR together or separate. Either way, Mr. Seaman might be exaggerating a bit.
