Cards are something used to recruit members - or unionize a workplace. Unions hand them out to workers and they sign them in support of unionizing a workplace. As I understand it. I must confess, I don't see their relevance here, just throw it in.

From my understanding, DC uses the 3 largest Unions as their muscle to get people to cooperate. SEIU, AFSCME & IBEW. They will use any means necessary, including compromising pols with child porn to get them to fall in line & follow the rules as they were written by the Clinton camp. This election was rigged & the card carriers were the muscle behind keeping everyone quiet. Those who didn't comply were Arkancided. In return the pols make sure that the unions are kept happy with generous wages, benefits & perks.

The way I understand it is -- the leadership of the unions came out to support Hillary, but the working members themselves objected to this and came out in favor of Bernie. So, like we have seen -- people are put in power who will serve the needs of the power structures. Clinton/Bush/CIA/Mafia all connected and have been at it for decades.
