I don't believe the judge has ruled on the motion to dismiss. He took the matter under advisement after a 3 and 1/2 hour hearing at the end of April. I think many myself included expect a decision favorable to the plaintiffs with a lengthy justification for denying the motion. It will be a case of first impression with broad implications and thus you can be sure the judge and his clerks are carefully crafting a ruling. If I'm wrong, let me know because I'm trying to stay on top of this.
