Are they Pakistanis? If so then this might be connected to child pornography rings in that country, as well as in england.

If they are Pakistanis then maybe this is related to the Awan Brothers scandal.

I suspect that this ring was connected to rotherham, as they had a lot of overseas buyers. It is not a well known incident, so hardly anyone is investigating it.
