How come there are no.lawyers for these families?. Where is federally funded Legal Services and locally funded Legal Aid?

SayWhatNOWAY ago

Most states now only have legal aid provided for prisoners. If you can get a legal aid attorney it could take months. They also do not work hard for you. They are not pd hourly like a private practice attorney, only salary. Thus, they cut every corner. They do not care if they win these cases. I knew a guy who hired legal aid for a divorce case, attorney never showed for the scheduled hearing. Judge told the guy you get exactly what you pay for.( Pay nothing get nothing)😠

Legal aid is joke. It is nothing but further abuse of the poor.

Exactly!

Honestly, I do not understand why there is not a huge outcry about CPS.

I would guess that the reason there isn't a huge public outcry is fear and/or intentional distractions.

I think people have been intentionally conditioned to fear those in power and to be caught up by all the distractions in our society ( entertainment, jobs, etc). People are afraid to stand up for their beliefs and fellow man, out of fear of being punished. I think especially when it comes to DCF, parents are terrified that if they stand against this unjust system, it will be used against them, to take their children and their rights away. A parents worst fear is losing their children.

Or for some, maybe they think these cases are outside the norm, and don't happen to regular people like them - the parents that lost custody of their children must have been doing something wrong to lose their kids.

But I would guess the main reason people aren't raising hell about these injustices is that they don't even know the extent of the problem. They probably don't know about the law Clinton enacted that enabled the kids for cash scam to become reality within DCF. Since it isn't shoved down people's throats in the msm, they don't understand that this is a massive cancer that has been inflicted on society.

While it's true there are distractions, as you put it, the main thing is that most people are simply unaware of the true activities of CPS, and even less aware of medical kidnapping unless it happens to them--in which case it is too late. The class system in the US prevents people form knowing what really happens to the poor--and the other people do not seem to care at beyond writing a check to an organization that exists only for it's won benefit rather than direct help.

On the other end of the scale, the elder are being abused terribly and their families have no say either. Most people do not realize when a person is admitted to a hospital, the hospital has the option to obtain guardianship and do what they want with them while feeding the family a bunch of lies. If a family member seeks guardianship, it can take years and cost tens of thousands.

This is happening in many other countries also, particularly in Australia.

I'm guessing my comment was too long so you didn't finish reading it - you just said basically the same thing I did lol. Except I didn't mention the elderly :)

Laskar ago

I did read it. I am agreeing with you. Have an upvote!

sunshinepines83 ago

Thanks - and the stuff about the elderly is definitely interesting, there's probably less awareness about that then medical kidnapping. I didn't know retirement homes could do that, and most others probably don't either - even the red pilled ones!

Not only have I researched it, but I have direct knowledge of it, unfortunately.

Think of a person with dementia/Alzheimers--how can they defend themselves or even report abuse?

There are still lands where long term care facilities do not exist; people take care of their own relatives--what a concept. Of course we are bombing some of those places.

Even less known are the nursing homes that are exclusively for children under the age of 16 (if they live past that, they go into "adult long term care". Imagine what goes on there. Most of the children in those places are the "good saves" form NICU (neonatal intensive care unit)--blind, deaf, birth defects, iatrogenic, drug addict or obese mother, etc. No one visits there.

There exist chronic vent facilities, which are usually euphemized as "rehab" facilities. No one is rehabilitated, but everyone is intubated (tracheal) and on life support ( a ventilator) sometimes eight to a room. and entire four story building. It is silent in there but for the sound of alarms and the machine noises. Most of the patients are male, as they are paralyzed from sports, car accidents, diving boards, fights, meningitis, stroke, ALS, etc. some have been in there for thirty years of more, conscious, but unable to speak or move.

As you surely know---be grateful for your health and do everything to maintain it.

sunshinepines83 ago

I knew there were homes and facilities for young and old alike that have mental incapacitaties, but I had no idea the kind of places you wrote about existed - it just never occured to me I guess. The last type you wrote about especially sounds like the type of place where a lot of illegal things could fly under the radar. If everyone there besides staff is unconscious there's nobody to speak out about injustices that could occur.

Laskar ago

The worst of it is that many of them are fully conscious, but because they are paralyzed and intubated they cannot speak at all-ever.

Some people have called these places human warehouses. I actually sprung someone from one of those place in the early nineties. His parents wanted him to die at home, so we set up a veritable ICU in their living room, which they had to pay for--round the clock care, the works. The guy was 18 years old--tears flowed from his eyes when we moved him into his home from the ambulance he had ridden in for over an hour. He died about a year later under a strange circumstance--the life support somehow got unplugged. It's the stuff of nightmares.
