When he says, "I had to do that rambling video yesterday" he doesn't give the reason. My guess is that it was needed for footage. They are producing a film that will blame all the crimes in the DNC and Podesta leaks on a couple of Muslims (Mossad is always pulling false flags and always blames Muslims), and make him the hero. It was given to him with so much evidence he had no option but to name him due to the exigent circumstances & bounty for assasination he was made aware of only the night before.
He also mentions where he will be in public intentionally as a means of life assurance.
