Over the road truck drivers are the first choice as foster parents in Arkansas? I mean truck drivers are mostly great people, except the ones who want to be foster parents you'd probably want to ask why. That ain't no life for a kid.

Here is an update on the Sara Packer case. She is the bearded woman in Pennsylvania who with her boyfriend raped, murdered and dismembered one of her 30 foster kids. They can't find 12 of the other 30 kids. Seems with all the publicity they'd come forward if they are still alive, so there are probably more victims in this case.

Arkansas has a history of corruption. Whitewater, CIA-drugs … Arkansas is a big nest as far as I'm concerned. Just look at all the incidents that Bill got away with in Arkansas.
