Over the road truck drivers are the first choice as foster parents in Arkansas? I mean truck drivers are mostly great people, except the ones who want to be foster parents you'd probably want to ask why. That ain't no life for a kid.

Here is an update on the Sara Packer case. She is the bearded woman in Pennsylvania who with her boyfriend raped, murdered and dismembered one of her 30 foster kids. They can't find 12 of the other 30 kids. Seems with all the publicity they'd come forward if they are still alive, so there are probably more victims in this case.

Why was a child whose parents lived in California in a foster home in Arkansas. When I was a foster parent in TN and moving to GA I had to give up my foster kids as I couldn't take them to a different state. Maybe the natural parents moved after the child went into foster care? When I lived in California back in the 70's I had a neighbor who went into foster care at age 6 and was sexually abused by her foster mother's brother from that age until she was 16 and left home to marry. This may be worse but is not new and not just CA. We know of course that GA foster care was being investigated by a state representative who was killed.
