These videos are meant to be spliced into some other videos. they are a subliminal message, which means deep down subconsciously. You wouldn't know if it effected you, it's like hypnosis.
I doubt it. You can subliminally influence people without all the theatrics. It's really a subtle process and there wouldn't be any reason for all the codes in the videos. If anything these kinds of videos are probably just messages for "programmers" telling them to give certain subjects certain triggers or something like that, but even than there's got to be more efficient methods of communication. I really don't think there's any point to them besides fucking with us.
