I may be way of base, but could this website be a product of AI. I understand that when an AI was given Bitcoin to spend on the dark web it purchased child porn, guns & drugs. So if an AI is fed MK ultra data it may regurgitate this and TPTB but it out to fool us. I question why its appeared now and who for and who gains.

The raw data looks legit and given the type of encryption it's hard to imagine a LARPer would put that much effort into it. Still it could be more disinfo. I could go either way.

That never made sense to me until now. I always understood Deplorable Shit Lord Tin Foil Hats preparing for the apocalypse but I never understood why highly educated uber-wealthy "0.01%"ers would act so paranoid.
