I want to believe this and have it finally be over. Some of George's ppl who are here (and I know you are) PLEASE tell me why in this vid he validated the Kim Dotcom connection and last week, he was poo-pooing it.

It is contradictions like this that make it hard to trust.

I would imagine it working something like this:

  • GW gets a tip-off from one of his sources, perhaps inside an agency, that Kim DotCom has been 'turned' by the FBI and therefore his statements need to be treated with extreme caution.
  • This meshes with some evidence GW already has so he makes a call and says KDC is lying about what he said.
  • Another source (or perhaps the original one) later contacts GW and says 'oops, KDC is telling the truth - here are the reasons why.'
  • GW checks out the information and confirms it for himself.
  • GW apologizes on video.

Like I said before, this is entirely normal modus operandi for an investigative journo. You pull together bits of evidence, you construct a theory and put it out there. If new or better info comes in, you amend your theory.

I hope youre correct, truly. KDC endorsed Webb this morning. Assange endorsed Kim days ago.

I would love to be wrong in my distrust of George if it brings all of this out in the open and have justice be done.

Disheartening to me, since Webb's scoops have all been horseshit so far. But KDC's endorsement is keeping my mind slightly open to Webb not being horseshit.

Im on the fence just waiting to see what happens. The last vid that Jaso.n Goodman posted seem like baloney. Time will tell.
