Why is this budget hearing info useful? It not only includes all locations of city cameras, info on officer bodycams (i.e. the policy is to keep recordings for 90 days....yet there's no Seth Rich officer footage) and it gives financial info as well...(maybe someone got extra cash, etc.) as well as officers that were provided cell phones....can help identify who was employed at the time of Seth Rich's murder.
