I'm at maybe 75% this FBI Memo is a fabrication. This post goes over the flaws:

1) The "H" and "R" in Seth Rich's name are un-redacted which the FBI would never do.

2) The actual redacting graphic itself looks like it was placed there using Photoshop or Microsoft Paint because its edges are sharper than they'd be if the document was photocopied or scanned.

For me this is just more evidence of how desperate these people are. They're getting sloppy which reminds me of precisely this scene from the Wizard of Oz which in case anyone's interested explains everything we've seen from TPTB for the past 100 years up through the Gulf of Tonkin False Flag that got us into Vietnam and ending just last week with the Manchester Arena False Flag which was designed to start WWIII in Syria: https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1883864
