Anon just posted this Police Report on 4Chan from Seth Rich's murder. Says he was "conscious and breathing with apparent gunshot wound(s) to the back", he was "alert and attempted to describe the suspect. The decedent stated he heard the suspect(s) speaking Spanish" he "handed Officer O'Leary a cell phone speaking unintelligible. The decedent stated he was hit then unintelligible speech pointing to cell phone"

Not sure if this is legit but it's on THIS thread.
