They were available on Wikileaks but weren't accessible via search engine AFAIK so had to be found manually i.e. by entering ID numbers between the searchable e-mails into web address. There are still 4 that can't be found

Email #55900 translated says "History of the Qing Dynasty" the attachment is Chinese art that is quite beautiful.
But I am pretty positive I saw this email before, bc I remember the art.
I only did the interpretation of the subject line and the body, not the file name, so you may be right, but the stuff I translated did not have anything to do with beauty. And when I say the stuff I translated, what I am really saying is I copied and pasted it into google translate 😁😁😁

Not sure if it's relevant, but 紅顏薄命 roughly means "beautiful woman with a terrible lot in life".
The title of the file is perhaps closer translated as "Ill-fated Beauties -- A Tragic History of the Qing Dynasty.ppt" (Or "Qing Palace").
