Thanks for posting this. It really is a troubling case. William was living with a foster family when he went missing. I believe it's the the foster family, not his (much younger) biological parents, who are raising funds for the "Where's William" campaign. Also I really wonder what Shapelle Corby's motivation for displaying that picture was? Is she covertly sending a message to someone?
