What I see here is a bunch of MKU refresher triggers. Note image between 01:11:00 and 01:12:00. It looks like a female being (?) shot with something. Hard to say. But things like:

  • Short musical progressions
  • Colored "pills"
  • Images drawn into the ground
  • Even possible the same location as others have been "initiated" may be a reinforcing trigger.

These are all young subjects. WHo knows who these people are. They could be DNC staffers, DOJ 12s, who knows. But this smells of reconditioning to me.

You have to understand the history and genesis of MKU/Monarch to understand some of the finer points. But here are the basics - as initially conceived through S. Freud, and others', work. I'm going to condense this down into some factoids to avoid TLDR syndrome:

  • Freud an others identified the "blind spot" in the human psyche. This "weak point" was used to break down the basics of what makes a human a human; reorient the moral compass; redefine barriers and taboos; what we consider normal or abnormal doesn't apply when a human has been broken...like a horse. The earlier you start a soul down this path, the better results you can achieve. And just like with any genetic experiment from Mendel to Mengle, you always pick the finest of the crop.

  • The process involved with breaking a human soul and putting it back together is complicated. Assuming it is someone young - 3-8 years of age, the most "programmable - they need to be given "things" to maintain association with reality. Understand, to take someone and break their soul where any attachment to reality is lost, creates something useless. THey can neither communicate, nor make rational decisions. It is the thin line. Back to the subject - to keep the hours anchored in reality they provide the child with something - a teddy bear, a song, a music box, whatever - that is the safe space. Other "Triggers" colors, sounds, songs, smells, etc. anything can be used to reinforce or trigger a behavior if "trained" properly. Think of the most expensive protection K9s you can purchase.

  • Drugs: The only verboten drug (according to Kathy, Billy and others) was MJ. Something about the psychoactive effect of THC which affects the neural pathways and synapses where MKU programming does not work. It is the only drug denied to SRA victims. Anything else goes. Insert interpretation here.

  • Audio vs video: Subliminal audio programming is useless. The subconscious does not react to audio cues on its own. The subconscious does, however, react to visual cues. There was a self-imposed ban in the 60s on "subliminal advertising" - think popcorn stories, "sex" in ice cubes, etc. What happened is the CIA realized how powerful this "technology" was. They approached the advertising industry for expertise and voila - no more creepy ads. Now it was in the mainstream in much more insidious methods. Watch this video from the early 60s and imagine what is possible now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wofs8ZpcXlM

  • My hypothesis is that there is something inserted at an extremely short interval so as not to be caught under normal video review. It may not be even in the visual part of a video signal. It could be pulses of light, binary, VITC, blanking interval, etc....I'm not sure, but it is fucking there. Wath a person watch Real Housewives, or MTV, or some other shit like that and watch their eyes. Wath their response. Watch what happens after they have been on the couch in the dark around 10 or 1100 and are getting sleepy and they revert to alpha waves.

You don't need a car battery to break someone. You just need time and a few packs of smokes.

This all went underground in the late 60s. By then video technology had started to surpass film as a medium of content origination. Film, as in theaters, was limited to cutting frames in every 24 frames or so, maybe less, depending on the effect. It had such a profound effect on popcorn and drink sales at the movies that there was a "self-imposed" ban within the advertising industry. Well, the advertising industry is tied to Hollywood and in turn, the CIA and those forces. The research did not stop, I'm pretty confident it all went underground as one of the 150 or so known MKU subprojects.

As video became the medium of choice moving forward, it was/is possible to interject not only images in frames during post production, but embedding signals at frequencies outside of the conscious, but not subconscious. This is even more effective when the brain goes into an alpha state (30 minutes of watching TV). Add in intoxicants, tiredness, even sleep and the subconscious becomes susceptible to programming. Add in pharmaceuticals to the mix and wham-o. Mass hypnosis. Group consonance.

THe internet adds another layer to this "brainwashing". Not just in content, but with the super refresh rates and bandwidth of today's phones and computers, who knows what can be pushed into the retinas of the masses?

I suspect some forms of moving steganography, video embedded within video, is very possible and undetectable by the conscious eye. Take a look at the many series of trick art - trump l'oiel (sp), Dali, Magritte, op art, etc. Some people see one thing, others see another. Some cannot see the other image at all though it is in front of them. The brain still registers it.
