The NotFBIAnon post (see REFERENCE A, below) contained the following photo, which may be a clue:

I believe the woman in the grey polkadot dress to be 32BJ SEIU District Director for Philadelphia Daisy Cruz, based on this photo from the 32BJ Twitter feed:

Why? Because the woman looks similar and is with the same guy, whom I can't identify. REFERENCE B, below, links to the original tweet.)

Ms. Cruz has a 32BJ SEIU web page here, but there is no content except a photo:

Searching for Ms. Cruz's name on the 32BJ web site returns a great deal of material, including blog posts and press releases.

the woman in the top pic, her blue bracelet say 2016 PRIDE VIP, the other is sparkly purple, so maybe this is a gay pride event? There is also a furry on the far left.

edit: the 2016 capital pride parade was on June 11, 2016,

Verrrry nice find. The large lady appears to be Raynae Jones, grand marshal of the Atlanta Pride Committee, so that fits in.

Can we say for certain this photo was taken at the 2016 Capital Pride Parade? If so, I'll add to the other post.

Based on your comment I dug a little deeper and now believe the event was the Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival, June 18, 2016. Original post updated accordingly.
