It's a known bug PuttItOut has not yet fixed. Here's the workaround:

FuzzyWords 3 points (+3|-0) 7 days ago

This is a long standing known bug. The workaround is to vote on those submissions, then remove the vote and wait about 10 minutes for the cache to catch up. Sometimes submissions get stuck that way.
