This could have easily just be some pyrotechnic display with smoke and smells. Then actors jumping up and running in a panic while screaming. This can cause mass hysteria where people can be trampled. They are talking fatalities. They said they don't know how many people died. Yes this is, imo a False Flag. The UK Police are masters at this.
Complete hoax. It's legal now. NDAA 2013 overturned the ban on domestic deceptive propaganda. It would be ridiculous to know this, and yet not look for their little (school?) plays. This is one of them, as was the stupid car in NYC the other day.
