Looks like a strange pizza business, cum day care set-up In Baltimore to me.

Could you share what in those source images got you suspicious, and what's the connection to pizzagate (mentioning a "strange pizza business" having a day care facility, store and a playground close by is not quite enough). Also worth sharing might be how did you come up with this pizza parlor in the first place.
