The son of the chief rabbi of Rome, and a professor of history at Bar Elan University in Tel Aviv wrote about this in a book published originally in Spanish. After the English translation appeared, it was suppressed. Professor Ariel Toaff who wrote the book was severely persecuted as well.
It must be remembered that Jews do not consider non-Jews to be human at all, and, at best, refer to them as "cattle" (goyim), however the Chabad (of which Jared Kushner is one) believe that all gentiles are inherently evil and are less than animals.

Remember when Jews refer to "human beings" they are referring only to themselves, not to any non Jews. (see above article).
