There's another scene at the very end with a different heart within heart. There's also a few times you see the swirl symbol throughout the movie - the Wizards staff has the swirl on the end of it, and of course the baby likes Pizza.

Edit: I'm pretty sure I saw a 'boy lover' logo at some point too.
Also noting the "magic mushroom" and the stars on the wizards robe that are mostly pointing down depicting the Baphomet . Lot's of unspoken language going on in just that one scene.
