I digress. This is a staggering discovery, and becomes even more insidious when you look at its implications.. this appears to be a well-known code among handlers.
I believe this "Uncle Ted" may very well be none other than Ted Nugent. A quick Google search entailing the keywords "Uncle Ted" and "Mk Ultra" bring up 4chan threads chronicling Nugent's apparent programming at age seventeen in his autobiography.
Was he groomed and programmed to become a dissociative programmer himself? It could very well be.
Also: coded tweet attached to the handwritten note reads "KING OF THE ECREHOUS" when deciphered.
So, naturally, I went ahead and Googled:
"Alphonse Le Gastelois (14 October 1914 – 3 June 2012) was an agricultural worker and fisherman from Jersey who lived in self-imposed exile on the Écréhous reef for 14 years after being wrongly accused of a string of sexual assaults on children. Fearing for his life, Le Gastelois felt compelled to leave Jersey to live on the small island six miles to the north east of Jersey, having been treated as a criminal and ostracised by many who lived on Jersey. Ten years later, on 10 July 1971, the real criminal, Edward Paisnel, nicknamed the Beast of Jersey, was caught and on 29 November 1971, was sentenced to jail for 13 attacks; this ended an 11-year reign of terror."
I googled the serial killer and the results are horrible.
"Edward Paisnel constructed a shrine in which he used to worship Satan and performed various blood rituals prior to the attacks. Police found his Satanic shrine out in a barn. It was full of occult symbols, books, and an altar hidden by heavy red curtains that he used for animal sacrifices."
This piece of shit impregnated child victims, raped, killed, tortured, kidnapped, ended and destroyed countless lives. And worshipped Satan. I can see why he would be an inspiration to an elite Monarch programmer/ handler. Disgusting.
