Seth Rich's brother can't stop smiling? (pizzagate)

Hearing that George Webb is going to interview the brother of Seth Rich, I am reminded of this very strange interview just after the murder. Something just isn't right, and I'm not sure how much stock I would put into what he has to say.

Can someone explain his behaviour in this clip? It looks like duping delight. Makes no sense.

Additional note. Maybe someone should interview the girlfriend. No one has, as far as I know. She left this on her Facebook page a few weeks after the murder, saying she knows why he was killed. This video was uploaded on July 13th - the day of their child's funeral. I hate to judge, but I'm a parent and there are not enough drugs available that would allow me to act so calmly right after my child was murdered. The mom says "we may never know what happened" WTF - had they even buried him yet when this interview was shot. There is something so wrong with this... Plus, the first time I saw this, I thought the brother was younger but nope - he's 34 years old!

Good point. Just showing that ABC is the last media org to trust with regard to Hillary. Fox is a bit better.
