Seth Rich's brother can't stop smiling? (pizzagate)

Hearing that George Webb is going to interview the brother of Seth Rich, I am reminded of this very strange interview just after the murder. Something just isn't right, and I'm not sure how much stock I would put into what he has to say.

Can someone explain his behaviour in this clip? It looks like duping delight. Makes no sense.

Additional note. Maybe someone should interview the girlfriend. No one has, as far as I know. She left this on her Facebook page a few weeks after the murder, saying she knows why he was killed. Sometimes the Truth is painful to realize. Respect comes from the Latin combination: 're', meaning again, and 'spect' / 'spectare', to look at. In order to understand the Truth we must look again (and again), until we fully understand it. Pedofiles are violent people, and their practices look nothing like romantic love, despite Disney's best efforts to indoctrinate the Cult(ure).
