Seth Rich's brother can't stop smiling? (pizzagate)

Hearing that George Webb is going to interview the brother of Seth Rich, I am reminded of this very strange interview just after the murder. Something just isn't right, and I'm not sure how much stock I would put into what he has to say.

Can someone explain his behaviour in this clip? It looks like duping delight. Makes no sense.

Additional note. Maybe someone should interview the girlfriend. No one has, as far as I know. She left this on her Facebook page a few weeks after the murder, saying she knows why he was killed. People don't have to mourn the way you think they should.

It goes without saying that of course Seth Rich was murdered by some powerful high ups in the DNC. It's a whole other thing entirely to assume that these folks are in on it.

They honestly remind me of my family. Southern, friendly, always willing to lend a happy but just as happy minding their own business. The brother honestly looks mentally challenged, but even still, the roller coaster these people were going through at the time is outrageous.

I hear you and so want to believe, but I can't and there are so many others struggling the same. There is definitely something not right. There is more to this.
