Seth Rich's brother can't stop smiling? (pizzagate)

Hearing that George Webb is going to interview the brother of Seth Rich, I am reminded of this very strange interview just after the murder. Something just isn't right, and I'm not sure how much stock I would put into what he has to say.

Can someone explain his behaviour in this clip? It looks like duping delight. Makes no sense.

Additional note. Maybe someone should interview the girlfriend. No one has, as far as I know. She left this on her Facebook page a few weeks after the murder, saying she knows why he was killed. WTF? It's like break out the champagne time and celebrate! That brother's behavior is strange ... yeah, this family. The mom and dad are nutty lib/deniers and possibly in on it? And the brother ... maybe it's his reaction to the father talking? If the father is lying ... or there's background ... he could be reacting to that I suppose.

I just read the comments at the youtube video - check out this one with regards to acting:

WTF? Watch this video many times. Something stinks. The first few seconds in, the brother is cracking up and trying not to laugh. He does this throughout the whole video. 30 seconds in, the dad says the police called him and stated that Seth was alive when they arrived and MAYBE stable when Seth got to the hospital. No, no, no, no, no. A cop would not say he was MAYBE stable. You are either stable or, you are not. 40 seconds in, the mom starts to talk and just as the camera is panning left towards mom, dad is actually mouthing her lines. He knows what she is about to say. One minute 3 seconds in, the mother says something off script? The dad subtly moves his right arm and taps her on the back and then he quickly takes over her conversation. WALLS COVERED WITH DISNEY AND MOM, HOLDING A GD PANDA! C'mon people.

OMG!!!! You're right ... he does mouth her lines ... And the Disney stuff ... some people are just too good. Yeah, those parents .... we need to dig ....

I seriously had no idea what i'd uncovered here - i simply thought it was weird. I have shared this on twitter a few times and there was no response, so i let it go all these months. So glad i posted this to hear all of the responses - and the ones on the youtube video are great too. The people are friggin WOKE.
