Seth Rich's brother can't stop smiling? (pizzagate)

Hearing that George Webb is going to interview the brother of Seth Rich, I am reminded of this very strange interview just after the murder. Something just isn't right, and I'm not sure how much stock I would put into what he has to say.

Can someone explain his behaviour in this clip? It looks like duping delight. Makes no sense.

Additional note. Maybe someone should interview the girlfriend. No one has, as far as I know. She left this on her Facebook page a few weeks after the murder, saying she knows why he was killed. Yeah, I thought the parents was denying that Seth was with Wikileaks? Yet their strange behavior on video, doesn't go along with them hiring Wheeler to investigate. Meaning, hiring Wheeler seems like what normal grieving parents who want the truth would do. Not the ones in that video. All of this is to freaking confusing!

Rich like Oswald, Ruby, Holmes, Roof ect are all the type that these Evil freaks look for to take the fall. A few days after starting work for the DNC Rich is sending this info to Wikileaks? No way! Someone inside the "know" allowed Rich into those files. Rich was the "Patsy"
