This tape says a lot. He told his girlfriend he was home. Then he went out again? They say the police have his phone, wallet...everything, nothing was taken. What about laptop?
I agree and I had to watch it 3 times going back to his face always and it looks to me at the beginning that he is trying to hold back tears almost ready to cry. He did not speak because he could not. He loved his brother and he was overcome with emotions. About the Panda, I noticed this way back when and I found that his father said he had a love for them because of his love for animals. Notice also all of the pictures in the background are from Walt Disney. This could be from when the boys were younger and went to the movies. Remember no one knew then w hat we know now. Edit: It was so very painful to watch his brother.

Yes, and it was his only sibling. He and his brother were very close.I can imagine how he felt and the family when he moved to DC. I think if he would have tried to speak he would break down sobbing. We do not know about the parents either. They may already have been told what to say in some fashion.
