Seth Rich's brother can't stop smiling? (pizzagate)

Hearing that George Webb is going to interview the brother of Seth Rich, I am reminded of this very strange interview just after the murder. Something just isn't right, and I'm not sure how much stock I would put into what he has to say.

Can someone explain his behaviour in this clip? It looks like duping delight. Makes no sense.

Additional note. Maybe someone should interview the girlfriend. No one has, as far as I know. She left this on her Facebook page a few weeks after the murder, saying she knows why he was killed. Someone else reminded us that Seth loved pandas, so I doubt we can read much into that.

Fine... But look at the mothers body language and listen to her words. She is SHook level of emotional detachment ( so are the father and brother, btw ) but she needs his panda, as if he was a tiny child who played with it? No way. This family bothers me, big time. I've watched the interview 5 times and it gets worse, each time. Father ( flatlining ): ' He died... unfortunately bullets and bodies don't mix. ' WTF !!
