Seth Rich's brother can't stop smiling? (pizzagate)

Hearing that George Webb is going to interview the brother of Seth Rich, I am reminded of this very strange interview just after the murder. Something just isn't right, and I'm not sure how much stock I would put into what he has to say.

Can someone explain his behaviour in this clip? It looks like duping delight. Makes no sense.

Additional note. Maybe someone should interview the girlfriend. No one has, as far as I know. She left this on her Facebook page a few weeks after the murder, saying she knows why he was killed. Amazing find. Yes his pursed lips look like an attempt not to smile, he was actually smiling when the camera started rolling. I can't decide if he's trying to not cry or not to smile, he's definitely holding himself back

I told myself he's definitely trying not to cry. But I'm lying to myself. Eyes aren't red, no wetness. He is trying not to laugh.

By the way, I updated with thanks to you - it seems the idea that the author of that text was his girlfriend, jus tsort of slipped into articles and wasn't questioned, until now.
