Many of your questions were already answered. While he was breathing, he certainly was not able to 'be on his phone' at the hospital. The real key, is his girlfriend who was on the phone with him, when it happened. I saw a timeline in a thread just as you wished to see here. I'll look for it.

Many ??? were answered. You know what condition he was in when the police showed up? Did they call an ambulance? Where is a log of that call. How longe before ambulance showed up? What hospital did they take him? Did EMT call hospital with heads up? Where are the EMT logs. and so on and so on.

Guys we need to raise this with Hannity and all those in the media covering this. Get Them to ask the questions. Put the spotlight on the police? If Hannity etc start asking ?? maybe people will start talking. His roomates, people who lived on the street he was shot, doctors etc at the hospital and so on.

According to this article http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Man-Shot-Killed-in-Northwest-DC-386316391.html Seth Rich was shot twice in the back on the 2100 block of Flagler and might have been taken to Howard University Hospita which was about 3 blocks away. He was on his phone with his GF and told her not to worry. I think that meant he recognized his attacker/s. There is other info in here as to the name of an Acting Captain and at the bottom is info (if still active) on how to contact with info. Reading this all over again, even though it has been close to a year, does not make it any easier. Seth Rich RIP We will find them. @Silverlining

This wasn't a robbery gone amuck. To be shot twice in back was a murder with the intent to silence him. The killers wanted to be sure he was dead to shoot twice. A robber will shoot to disable someone from interfering with robbery or to prevent the victim from identifyig the culprit. Here it appears Seth was shot before having an opportunity to identfy his would be assailants.

I agree and I think he knew them. That is why when his GF sounded concerned, he said not to worry. So it was a policeman which would not frighten him, or it was someone from the DNC or maybe as we have talked about, a SEIU janitor, one he might have recognized from work? There was a post on here that said Lou's City Bar was very near CPP which would make it close to Dupont Circle. Well SEIU HQ is right next to Dupont Circle and the tunnels are underneath. Yeah, what robber is going to leave about $2K worth of loot behind?
