This comes across (to me) as whitewashing S&B rituals - framing them as Frat boy initiation antics - not meaningful, but just intentionally weird, scary, and ultimately fake and meaningless to the outside world. If someone wanted to laugh off suspicion of S&B, they could use this video as evidence.
Wow, thanks for sharing this. I may have seen it in real time. But if I did, back in those days, I would have passed off Gingrich's remarks as hyperbole. Now, it's crazy surreal, to watch and hear him flat-out telling us these things with a straight face. What a difference these last five months have made in my own perception. I have to wonder if he'd so easily spout off such a string of suggestions today.
